The owner and president of LHC Construction Inc., Jay Livran, began working in the construction industry in the Vail Valley in 1977, at the age of 16. Some of the notable projects Jay has worked on include the Racquet Club in East Vail, the Avon Municipal offices, and President Ford’s home  in Beaver Creek.

After receiving a degree in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University, Jay worked for Skis Dynastar as a World Cup Serviceman.  As a Serviceman, Jay was in charge of maintaining, building, and selecting the Dynastar skis and Lange boots for the world’s top alpine ski racers.

In 1993,  Jay established LHC Construction Inc. as a Colorado corporation. LHC Construction Inc. is primarily focused in residential construction; namely, developing and building new custom homes and remodels.  LHC Construction Inc. is a ground up building company, meaning they are versed in all phases of residential construction and can perform most phases “in house” (excavation to final clean).  If the scope or schedule of the project requires an outside source, LHC  has a pool of excellent subcontractors; some have been affiliated with LHC for over 10 years.

The company’s success lies in the premise that “time is money”.  LHC Construction Inc. understands that delays result in additional costs to the company as well as to its clients.  The company’s strength is its ability to manage and schedule the construction methods in ways to achieve the quickest and most efficient completion of the project without sacrificing quality.

LHC Construction Inc. would welcome helping you with any of your upcoming projects.
